A Local Team That Actually Shows Up Prepared
We started 5 Star Garage Door Service because too many Vashon, WA homeowners were getting rushed, vague quotes from crews they'd never see twice.
It's a simple standard, but it's the one that actually determines whether a Vashon, WA repair holds up past the invoice.
A technician who reaches your Vashon, WA door carries manufacturer training, a fully stocked truck, and the authority to diagnose and quote on the spot.
We've fixed doors installed decades ago and doors installed last year — Vashon, WA's mix of older and newer construction means our trucks carry parts for both.
Licensing and insurance stay current for every Vashon, WA technician — ask to see it on arrival, we expect the question.
We run Vashon, WA scheduling on software built for trade dispatch, not a booking calendar borrowed from another industry, which is why arrival windows tend to hold.
Training doesn't stop at hiring — Vashon, WA technicians go through refreshers on new opener technology and updated safety standards as they come out.
