Steel, wood, aluminum, or glass-paneled — 5 Star Garage Door Service measures your Vashon, WA opening precisely and installs a door sized and balanced to fit it correctly.
Every Vashon, WA technician dispatched for Garage Door Installation carries the specific tools and parts this job requires, not a generic all-purpose kit.
Every Vashon, WA technician on this service line carries documentation you can ask to see, and we expect the question.
We measure your actual opening rather than working from assumed standard sizes.
We lay out the real differences, not just a sales pitch toward the priciest option.
Crews are scheduled with enough time to complete the full install, not rushed.
If an installation issue surfaces, it's covered.
The most common choice for durability and value — we match gauge thickness to your Vashon, WA climate and wind exposure.
Real wood and composite carriage doors add distinct curb appeal — humid Vashon, WA climates factor into the maintenance conversation.
Lightweight aluminum frames with glass panels suit modern architectural styles — tempered safety glass is used throughout for impact resistance.
Upgrading to an insulated door improves temperature control — insulated doors also tend to run quieter due to added panel density.
Older homes sometimes have openings that don't match standard sizes — we source or fabricate to fit.

If a living space shares a wall with the garage, the impact is bigger.
Custom orders take longer to arrive than stock doors.
We don't pair a new door with old, mismatched hardware.
We keep Vashon coverage tight enough to hold same-day response standards for this service.
Coverage for this service matches our general Vashon service area, with the same flat-rate pricing and guarantee.
We track service history by address across Vashon, so a repeat garage door installation call doesn't mean re-explaining your setup from scratch.
